We recommend commonly available technologies that most families have access to, to run successful, interactive and fun online lessons.

Here's what you'll need:

• Computer, laptop or tablet with either Safari or Google Chrome (free downloads available)

• Calculator

• Writing pencil for tablet

To start, you will be invited to an online meeting where we check broadband speed and ensure you are set up with relevant software.  During our meeting we discuss the aims and objectives of tutoring with both the parent and student. This provides an opportunity to use and get comfortable with the software.

 

Once we have agreed the timings for tuition, you have completed a Student Registration form (link will be sent via email) and have paid the tuition fees you will be sent an email with a link to your unique meeting access code.  

 

After every tuition session you will be sent a copy of the resources and work completed in session along with homework, if appropriate.

All tuition appointments are paid monthly in advance of sessions taking place.  This ensures you have a regular timed appointment every week.  If at any time you need to cancel an appointment, please provide 48 hours' notice to ensure you are not charged.
